There could be a small blemish on the glass used or you could find some bumps\/little cracks in the candle wax. (Usually from when I place the little flowers on top as decoration.) I've tried a couple other scents through making them for my own home, but this is the only one I have truly loved! It's a combination of bergamot, lemongrass, and spearmint. It's bright and fresh. It just makes me so happy. Since I am not using synthetic fragrance, the smell is not strong or overpowering. It's very mellow.
